Whether developing Strategic
Manufacturing Assets, selling to the China operations of Western OEMs
and top tier suppliers, or reviving underperforming China sourcing projects,
China Business Network follows a proven methodology
designed to overcome the risks and inefficiencies of manufacturing in
China.
Our management and engineering team
is a competitive advantage unmatched for their skills, knowledge and
experience in managing manufacturing projects in China for Western organizations,
and provides clients with the "boots on the ground" essential
for success in China.
We take responsibility for every element of the project life cycle,
from request for quotes through product sampling, purchase order management,
production support, quality assurance, logistics management, cash management
and tracking of funds.
| Client activities are managed by Project
Teams of managers, expeditors and engineers from the Western client,
the Chinese partner and CBN. CBN Project Teams are positioned between
the Western client and their Chinese customer or partner to assure
the highest level of communications and quality assurance on each
project. |

CBN's English-speaking process engineers have expertise in all metalworking
disciplines including machined parts, industrial fasteners, tool &
die, stampings, forging, and casting technologies. They are qualified
to install Western manufacturing practices such as PPAP, TQM and Six
Sigma in Chinese partner plants, as well as oversee absolute quality
assurance at the partner facility. As important as their technical skills,
CBN engineers are carefully selected for their communications skills
and ability to work comfortably in both Chinese and Western cultures.
Daily meetings of the Project Teams, using CBN¡¯s
Internet-based video conferencing capabilities, assure early identification
and resolution of problems in real-time which would otherwise
slow or derail the project. Secure, Internet-based project management
capabilities ensure that all parties understand what needs to
be done to move the project ahead, who is responsible and the
deadline for accomplishing the task.
This disciplined approach to operations management ensures that
every step in the project life cycle meets client requirements
and expectations, improves productivity and increases profitability. |
